Jeff has been with Performance Course since 2012. He started out working summers in Texas with Allen,Highland Park, Rowlett and Marcus Schools. In 2015 he got the opportunity to join the Oklahoma side and has worked with athletes from Durant, Shawnee, Bethany, Washington, Choctaw, Yukon, Jones, Murray State College and Oklahoma Baptist University. 

Before starting with Performance Course he worked as a teacher/coach at Ada OK, East Central Oklahoma University,  and Mt. Pleasant Texas. Jeff comes from a long line of educators who have had great success and inspired him to go the route of COACH.

He lives in Ada with his wife Cara and they have four daughters Kenzie,Lauren, Caroline and Zoe.
