The high Intensity Course is recommended for varsity male high school athlete's. Athletes will be expected to work at a high level and demand more expected to work at a high level and demand more from themselves than they previously thought possible. As the name implies, this course is our highest level and the athletes will be constantly tested and challenged in an intense but positive environment. Technique and quality movement skills will remain a priority, while an emphasis on strength and power development increases. Athletes will be monitored and evaluated throughout the program to ensure quality movement continues as the volume of work performed increases. Fundamental movement skills will always be emphasized throughout our programs, with the High Intensity course progressively working towards skills that are needed to meet the demands of their sport.
